The beds were comfortable and clean.
We faced several disappointing issues. The breakfast options were severely lacking, with only a few dry muffins and no coffee available. Our room had a broken lock on the connecting door. There was also an unpleasant smell in the bathroom, and we found hair on the towels, just unacceptable.

Everything was perfectly fine during 4 days, loved its convenient and marvellous location so close to stores and restaurants and a store and good restaurants. Had well-organised room with private bathroom and climate control, multi-channel television and a microwave. The bed was comfortable, a bath worked well. The service was all in all excellent!

The pool area was nice and the location was comfy, very close to restaurants and the freeway and Albuquerque. I booked a room with a comfortable bed, climate control, multi-channel television and a microwave.

Unexpected challenges, but okay stay
The location was quite convenient, with plenty of nearby dining options, made our evenings enjoyable and easy. We felt welcomed by the friendly front desk team.
Unfortunately, the amenities were lacking. The breakfast was limited, and the pool area left much to be desired due to cleanliness issues. Not quite the refreshing experience we hoped for.

Room was nice and clean.
Driveway was quite difficult to enter and if coming from the east you had to travel about one mile to make a U turn as the only safe way to enter is traveling eastbound.

Breakfast
I had booked my room at Booked.net for 3 adults non smoking. I get to hotel to check in and she tells me my reservation was only for 2 and smoking. The room smelled like cigarette.

Bed was comfortable, Breakfast was the best.
I had asked front desk clerk to please ask house keeping to clean my room. He did not ask for my room number and just turned away from me.

The night worker was super kind and funny. The indoor pool and hot tub were inviting, and the room was very clean and well ventilated. I loved the decor on the walls that gave me a nice view, and it was the quietest stay i've ever had.

That we are accommodated in very professional and friendly manner
The only draw back was that there was no elevator, although when I booked thru Booked.net I requested a ground floor as my husband has difficulty with stairs but other than that everything else was good, plan to return

Had a blast with my friends! Rooms were super clean, and we loved the nearby Isleta Casino and the Belen Harvey House Museum. Just a heads up, the breakfast options could use some improvement.
One thing that stood out was that the pool was closed .

The staff member who checked me in (Sam? tattoos on hands) was great and really helped when there was some confusion about my booking.
Room key was deactivated at 11am day of checkout, not a problem except they never told us that would happen so I was locked outside in the cold for a bit. Breakfast was not good, pre cooked "bag omlettes", tiny selection of other things, and the day we checked out they put everything away 20 min early and I had to find staff member just to get some milk for the cereal and took the last muffin that was left, nothing else out. Lastly, I could not find a staff member to check out, we were rushing and I called out and searched for 5-7 minutes until giving up and just leaving the key card on the counter.
